Terms & Conditions

All order requests received are an offer to purchase and are subject to review and acceptance by Amorosa and our personnel. If an order request is rejected, we will refund or cancel in full back to the original payment method the order was placed under. Our terms and condition apply once an order is placed and confirmed to begin processing your request.

Order Modifications

If you wish to modify your order or subscription, please do so by contacting us (info@amorosamiami.com) and we will always do our best to process the modification request in no less than 24 hours notice.

Cancellations

Confirmed orders may be cancelled no less than 24 hour notice prior to the requested delivery date. If a cancellation request is placed in shorter notice we will only provide refund if our team has not started preparing the order at the time the notice was submitted. To cancel your order please call or email us directly.

Refunds

We pride ourselves on sourcing premium flowers and products for our customers to ensure a lasting impression. All flowers are perishable therefore their life span mainly depends on the care, environment, and season, resulting in varied life spans for different arrangements.

If you notice the flowers were short lived of 3 days or less, please let us know by calling or emailing (info@amorosamiami.com) within that timeframe. For quality control purposes, if there is any dissatisfaction with freshness of the flowers, we will request for photos to serve as proof and will retrieve original flowers if deemed reasonable.

Please note refunds are always processed to the original payment method the order was placed under. Electronic refunds may take up to 5-7 business days.

Flower Care

When cared for properly, flowers life span typically lasts anywhere between 4-7 days

Tips to benefit and ensure longer life span:

• Upon receiving the flowers in a bouquet cut the stems half an inch on an angle and place into a clean vase with fresh water
• Keep flowers away from air-conditioning and direct sunlight
• Ensure floral freshness is maintained by cutting stems and changing water every couple of days

By understanding these terms and condition, you are aware that there may be some variations to the composition of flowers used, nonetheless made beautifully and fresh for you to enjoy.
